Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

1)  In honor of the hard work of our handloom weavers, craftswomen, and traditional artisans who have hand-made these products with much warmth and dedication. we do not entertain random ‘Cancellation of Orders’ and illogical ‘Return’ of products, once sold from this website. However, we do actively facilitate the ‘Exchange’ of products on request from our esteemed customers with reasonable grounds.

2)  To request an ‘Exchange’, please feel free to call us at the mobile telephone nos. (+018********* or (+018) *********, or email us at the email id: Gohonashopbd@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. We shall contact you to review your complaint. If an exchange is agreed, you will receive a Discount Code within the next 2 working days, redeemable within 3 months at any of our retail stores or this online portal. We shall not be able to exchange if you tamper with the product and the accompanying tags and documents.

3)  Return or Exchange of our Heritage Delicacies and other Consumable items will not be accepted.
